About Us

A.M. Automotive was founded in 2012 by Alistair Mansfield. With over 25 years in the motorcycle industry, we pride ourselves in being the leading supplier of quality, second hand, off road motorcycles.

With the Mansfield family name being synonymous with the large Yamaha dealerships of the '70's and '80's, Alistair has lived and breathed off road motorcycling since birth.

A regular youth trials rider along with his brother, Alistair progressed onto road bikes, having owned everything from collectible TZR250's through to current Ducati Panigale models, etc.

But the off road passion is where Alistair has concentrated his efforts since leaving Dynomite Performance Motorcycles in 1999, founding FMX24/7 and, after a period with Crescent KTM (starting up the KTM franchise), opening and expanding A.M.Automotive into what it is today.

Situated in the beautiful area of Bournemouth, A.M.Automotive have a continuously changing array of stock from the 1990's through to current machinery, with Alistair always in possession of and regularly riding the latest machinery from all manufacturers, meaning that A.M. Automotive can give you honest and accurate advice about the right bike for you.
